Getting Started

New here? Zi is your space to express, connect, and go viral — even with zero followers. To get started, download the app, create your profile, and jump into a trending challenge. You don’t need to be a content creator to stand out on Zi — authenticity beats perfection every time.

Need inspiration? Visit the “Discover” tab to see what’s trending right now.

Account & Login Issues

Having trouble logging in? Make sure you're using the same method you signed up with (email, Apple, or Google). If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen. We’ll email you a reset link right away.

Changed your email or phone? You can update these under Profile → Settings → Account Info.

Posting & Challenges

Ready to post? Tap the ➕ button, choose a video, and add a caption. You can join any open challenge for a chance to get featured and win rewards. Each challenge has rules — check the challenge card for details before submitting.

We moderate posts to keep Zi safe and positive. If your video doesn’t appear right away, it may be under review. We’ll notify you if something needs to be changed.

Rewards & Brand Deals

Going viral on Zi isn’t just about views — it can lead to real rewards. Top-performing creators in each challenge can win cash, gifts, or be invited to collaborate with brands. You don’t need 10k followers to get noticed. Just make content that connects.

We’ll notify you inside the app when you’ve won something or if a brand is interested in working with you.

Reporting Problems

If something’s not working — like a video failing to upload or a glitch in your feed — try restarting the app and checking your connection. Still stuck? We’re on it.

To report inappropriate content or behavior, tap the three dots on any post and select “Report.” Our team reviews every report manually.
