Zi Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zi app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use Zi.

2. Who Can Use Zi

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zi. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use Zi.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on Zi. However, by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, and promote your content on and off the platform. This helps us feature your posts and connect you with brands and rewards.

Make sure you have the right to share the content you upload, including music, images, and videos.

4. Community Guidelines

Zi is a place for creativity, fun, and real human connection. We do not allow hate speech, bullying, explicit content, illegal activity, or impersonation. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

If you come across content that breaks the rules, please report it using the in-app tools.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Zi at any time if we believe you've violated these terms or our community guidelines. You can also delete your account at any time through the app’s settings.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know through the app or by email. Continued use of Zi after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
