Effective Date: June 4, 2025

Zi respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown request.

📩 How to File a DMCA Notice

To file a takedown request, send a written notice including all of the following to our Copyright Agent:

Required Information:

Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The specific URL(s) or description of where the infringing material is located on Zi
A statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
A statement: "The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright."

⏪ Counter Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Your full name, address, phone number, and email
The content removed and its original URL
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification
A statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the district where my address is located..."
Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward your counter notice to the complainant. If they do not file a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

🚨 Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts with multiple violations may be suspended or permanently removed. We reserve the right to take additional legal action if necessary.

📢 Registration with U.S. Copyright Office

Zi will register a designated Copyright Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and maintain accurate contact details at: https://dmca.copyright.gov/osp/
